Photos from us — MerterAI operations, mobile team and office

MerterAI runs a physical fulfilment floor in Merter, a mobile field team working the streets and showrooms, and an office team that maintains the catalog. The photographs on this page show all three as they are.

Why we publish this page

The most common question in wholesale apparel is "who am I actually dealing with?" Most Merter trade still runs over WhatsApp messages and screenshots, so buyers often trust an operation they never see.

These three frames are not a staged brand set; they are the places where the work happens.

Our operation — wholesale apparel fulfilment floor in Merter

This is the heart of the MerterAI operation: shelves of packed wholesale womenswear, rails of dresses, blouses and knitwear waiting for inspection, and in the middle the cartons where boutique orders are consolidated.

Every order line is physically handled before it ships: product code, colour and size breakdown are matched, quantities counted, and any missing model is reported to the buyer before dispatch.

The same floor is where new models from Merter manufacturers are photographed, tagged by AI and turned into searchable products in the MerterAI catalog.

Our mobile team — on the streets of Merter

MerterAI is not a catalog that only lives on a screen: a field team walks the buildings and showroom floors of Merter every day. The van in the photo runs that daily route — collecting new collections, moving samples and transferring orders.

The team visits manufacturer floors in person, photographs new models on site, checks fabric and stitching by hand and flags the items that are genuinely in stock.

Even the dust on the van is part of the story: in Merter the work happens at loading ramps and narrow streets, not behind a desk.

Our office — catalog, AI and the support desk

The office is where everything from the field becomes data: photographed products are written into the catalog, AI tags (colour, pattern, fabric, style, season) are reviewed and wrong matches are corrected by hand.

Buyer support runs from the same desks: questions from boutique owners such as "is there a similar model", "who manufactures this" and "how do I build my order" are answered here.

The line on the wall is the team's working principle: better tools, bigger opportunities.

The path of a product

The sequence: the mobile team photographs a new model on the manufacturer's floor → the office writes it into the catalog and verifies the AI tags → the boutique owner selects it and builds a cart → the order is picked, counted and packed on the operations floor → it ships to the buyer's city.

There is a human at every step; AI accelerates the step, it does not replace it.
